An herbal Swedena steam bath or infrared sauna is recommended following this service to maximize the benefits. $90

Shirodara -- Ancient Ayurvedic treatment having a calming and soothing effect on the nervous system. Consists of warm dosha balancing oil that is slowly poured on the forehead for 30 minutes. We invite you to consider adding a 40 minute calming massage to finalize the experience for maximum benefit. Finishing effect is relief of tension and stress with nourishment to the scalp and hair.
