Abhyanga -- Unique body massage with specific herbal oils to nourish and revitalize body tissues and to allow removal of toxins from the cells. This harmonizing treatment achieves the deepest healing effects by naturally balancing mind, body and spirit. Treatment is performed by two therapists for one hour. An infrared sauna is recommended following this service to maximize the benefits. $90

Shirodara -- Ancient Ayurvedic treatment having a calming and soothing effect on the nervous system. Consists of warm dosha balancing oil that is slowly poured on the forehead for 30 minutes. We invite you to consider adding a 40 minute calming massage to finalize the experience for maximum benefit. Finishing effect is relief of tension and stress with nourishment to the scalp and hair. $90
